The specialties of the Grande Réderie
Tell me what you eat, and I’ll tell you who you are!
If you say Picardie, I say gourmet meal.
Do you know the ficelle picarde? This culinary masterpiece invented by chef Marcel Lefevre sumptuously blends a mushroom, cream and ham duxelle in an oven-baked crêpe.
It’s a great way to indulge your stomach after strolling the aisles of the Grande Réderie!

The Bleue d’Amiens, the only blue beer brewed in Amiens
It’s the queen and the official drink of the event. A perfectly original creation that has been emulated in France and around the world.
Indeed, the blue beer was brewed in France for the first time in 2015. Its exclusive recipe, which is now guaranteed without artificial colouring, was developed by the inventive and enthusiastic brewers of the Brasserie de Somme for the Association des Commerçants du Quartier des Halles.
Mathilde, Manu and Jojo have refined its very distinctive flavour, neither too sweet nor too bitter, just perfect. Floral and refreshing, with a 6.5° alcohol content, the Bleue d’Amiens owes its magical colour to spirulina. It’s the ideal drink for the event.
